Third of the HUGE set of weapons/clothing/character sketch work I'm doing for Legacy.

With all games having such a variety of weapons and armour, I really got to thinking that having some "Passable" detailed sketches on the weapons would work.

Second in a set of Shin-Ra weapon designs.
The Premium Heart-any FFVII Fan knows who that belongs to...Tifa!!! :)

More info about the design process.
This was in an abandoned weapons shop down in the slums of midgar(the empty shop in Wallmarket) that only a group with Tifa and Cid in could get.

Here was the problem with both VII and VIII, they had early 3-d martial artists in the group(tifa and zell) and their weapons were, for the comp graphics of the day) excellent to see...but trying to get detailed looks at the design. So most of this has come from my own mind. It was suppose to be light weight-ala no claws or anything too heavy for Tifa-and very sturdy.
With Tifa's hate of the Shin-Ra, the idea that there would be two imprints on her gloves for the company that killed everything she loved(apart from Cloud), I thought that might sicken her. So I trawled through three translation sites for the Kanji of ZANGAN.
Zangan was the martial artist who trained Tifa to fight,
so as a part of his 'world-wide' group. She'd have (in my eyes) put the kanji of his group somewhere on either her clothes(ala Dragonball) or on her gloves somewhere.
