I've been away for almost a year and I feel I need to explain things.

First of all, I am sorry for not showing up here with anything, I've been given a good kicking in the past year. Though most will not know, I was the Full Time Carer for my Mum, who had been reduced to going everywhere in a wheelchair since 2006. Almost a week after I had made my last entry here, my Mum was taken into the Hospital for Pneumonia, she was in from roughly the end of July until the end of September and she was also diagnosed with extensive Emphysema-also, just before my Mum was ready to leave the hospital, my only other relative in the whole of the North of the UK was admitted for a broken leg, he was Ninety and only lasted a week.

Those who have had to deal with the eternal headaches of dealing with an estate after death, I had that to do alone and dealing with my Mum-who was still very weak, I had no time for anything.

Well, things settled down somewhat over Christmas (well, as much as was possible) but in the early part of Jan this year, my Mum came down again with Pneumonia and was taken into the hospital.

She lasted only five days.

Most people who have lost a family member can understand why this was a very powerful blow to me, I cannot explain the pain I've been through and the continuing pain I'm going through, but I'm trying to move past it and get on with my life.

So, I'm sorry for disappearing and hope that I can continue with work to upload soon.
